Episode 94: Seasonal Affective Disorder

In this episode, Amy and John interview handfuls of individuals living with seasonal affective disorder, also know as SAD and seasonal depression. As a very common disorder, this time of year can be tough for many, especially as the sun hides itself behind the clouds. By opening this discussion and asking people how they look at the disorder, deal with it, and what they think about its stigma and impacts, Amy and John learned about this disorder through the lenses of these wonderful interviewees.
